Sugar Cookie-Chocolate Crunch Fudge
Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles optional
Instructions:
Line an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted
Stir in the sugar cookie crumbs, crushed chocolate cookies, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly
If desired, sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top of the fudge for a festive touch
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it sets completely
Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan
Place it on a cutting board and cut it into squares or rectangles
