Keto Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs
These Keto Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs are a finger-licking good treat that's perfect for any low-carb lifestyle. The ribs are tender and juicy, and the sticky BBQ sauce adds a burst of flavor without the added sugar.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
Instructions:
If you want to use cayenne pepper, mix it in with the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl
Soak the pork ribs in water for a while
Make sure the ribs are evenly covered with the BBQ sauce mixture as you pour it over them
Put the lid on top and set the heat to low
Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the ribs are soft and fall off the bone
The ribs should be put on a baking sheet after they are done cooking in the slow cooker
Warm up the broiler
Use more BBQ sauce from the slow cooker to brush on the ribs
For three to five minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and brown, broil the ribs
