Ohio Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Blackberry BBQ Sauce



These Ohio Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Blackberry BBQ Sauce are a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Fresh arugula for garnish

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Add salt and pepper to the pork tenderloin rounds

Blackberries, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder should all be put into a blender

Mix until it's smooth

Once the grill is hot, put the pork rounds on it and cook for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a little char on them

During the last two minutes of grilling, brush the pork rounds with the blackberry BBQ sauce

Under the grill for one to two minutes, until they are lightly golden

Put a grilled pork round on the bottom half of each bun, add a dollop of extra blackberry BBQ sauce, and then sprinkle fresh arugula on top

Serve right away and enjoy!
